Added by Roger Dickinson@ Kannemeyer Primary School,The session is a follow up on the Coalition meeting a few weeks ago. The objectives are:
1. For organisations to get to know each other better and for all of us to understand the scope and focus of each organisation
2. To explore potential long term collaboration opportunities/intentions
3. To explore shorter term possibilities of finding touch points.
I propose the following process fr the day
2pm-2: 30 pm Lunch & Personal Check-ins
2:30-3:30 pm Short (elevator pitch) presentations by each organisation on
- Focus area (ECD, PF, IP,SP, etc)
- Methodology or philosophical approach
- Scope of work (number of schools, number of beneficiaries)
- Success stories
- Failure stories
- Where will your organisation be in 5 years time
- What do you need/want from this Collaborative space
3:30-4:00 pm Identification of themes from presentations
4:00-4:15 pm Brainstorm: What are long term potential partnerships, collaborations
4:15- 4:30 pm Brainstorm: What are shorter term touch points
4:30- 4:45 pm Next steps and next meeting
4:45-5:00pm Check out
