The protection, conservation and restoration of Africa's biodiversity and the continued existence of its wilderness for the benefit of present and future generations.
The African game ranger faces serious challenges. These are invariably related to a lack of training, funding, capacity and equipment. As a result, many rangers lose their lives every year in their dedicated attempts to protect our wildlife heritage.
