Who are we?
- We focus on taking preventative healthcare to schoolgoing children, allowing for early detection and correction of simple health errors before they become disabling matters. The three main areas of care that are currently provided on Mobile Schools Health vehicles are optometry, primary healthcare and dentistry. These solutions have been developed in line with government policy, covering objectives raised in the ‘Integrated Schools Health Programme’ spearheaded by the South African Department of Health. Learners receive all three of these treatments for a total cost of $48 per learner.
