Who are we?
- At the heart of Twende Mbele is a desire to move beyond a network of people just sharing experience, toward a partnership where countries collaborate on developing and implementing M&E systems that improve government performance and impact on citizens. The Twende Mbele Programme currently joins three core country partners (Benin, South Africa and Uganda), with two evaluation capacity development partners (CLEAR and African Development Bank), to explore how contexts and a peer-learning model work to bring about change. By using the lessons learnt, Twende Mbele hopes bring in an additional three core country partners by the end of 2018.
